This communication is being sent as a friendly reminder to abide by the Association’s Governing Documents as they pertain to parking, prohibited vehicles, commercial vehicles, RV’s, Off Road Vehicles, etc., as well as garage / parking storage.

For your convenience, excerpts from both the Association’s CC&R’s and Rules & Regulations, in regards to parking, storage, etc., have been attached for your review and familiarity.

If you observe any RV’s, stored, commercial, or Off Road Vehicle activity, within the Associations streets, or common areas, please report to Code Enforcement and the Non-Emergency line of local Law Enforcement.
